CRRC Dalian Co., Ltd. will introduce AlphaFlow full-process platform to build a unified, intelligent, new generation of full-life cycle process digital platform.

CRRC Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Co., Ltd. was founded in 1899 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CRRC Corporation Limited. It is the only national key large-scale enterprise in the rail transit industry in my country that can independently develop and batch export diesel locomotives, electric locomotives, engines, and urban rail vehicles.
After the export of locomotives to Myanmar in 1993, which achieved a breakthrough in the export of mainline locomotives in my country, Dalian Locomotive has now exported locomotive and vehicle products to 27 countries and regions including South Africa, New Zealand, Argentina, Uzbekistan, India, Nigeria, and Hong Kong.
Build an excellent process digital platform
The promotion of the full-process platform project is based on the construction principles of CRRC Group's digital transformation strategy of "top-level planning, integrated management and control, highlighting key points, and coordinated development". CRRC Dalian will take "standardization, leanness, digitalization, networking, and intelligence" as its goal to build an enterprise digital process platform for integrated value chain operations, and build a lean management system that integrates the multi-certification system of lean R&D, lean management, lean manufacturing, lean customer service, and lean supply chain to create an efficient and collaborative process-oriented organization.
Focus on unified data and processes. CRRC Dalian will build a unified process operation, automation and integration platform through the AlphaFlow BPA process management and automation platform, and combine it with comprehensive mobility. In a way of vertical compression and horizontal integration, it will deepen the connection of business systems, form end-to-end process control, and connect the processes and data between independent business systems such as SAP, PLM, SRM, and cost control systems, covering the operation and monitoring of end-to-end processes of each business line, and effectively improve the efficiency of process operation management.
Build a process system and precipitate process assets. CRRC Dalian will use the AlphaFlow EBPA process planning and design platform to comprehensively sort out the pilot process, and integrate it with the management element models such as system, rules, performance, risk, position, authority, IT system and data to implement the top-level architecture management elements. Realize the visualization of the process management system, standardization of norms, and modeling of process elements.
Finally, relying on the process analysis, mining and visualization capabilities of the AlphaFlow BPI process analysis and mining platform, integrated management of process node monitoring, process data collection, data mining and discovery, process consistency inspection, performance visualization display, process cockpit, etc. will further help CRRC Dalian to discover business bottlenecks and black holes, give full play to the efficiency of process sedimentation data, assist business decision-making through data, improve process transparency, and continuously optimize business processes.
